• PLEASE arrive 10 minutes earlier to fill out your paperwork.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule.  Clients arriving less than 10 minutes late, your treatment length will be adjusted according to arrival time.
• PLEASE, 24 hours cancellation is required or a full service fee will be charged to your account.   
• PLEASE, no children due to insurance regulations.
• PLEASE, turn off you cell phone ringer.
• PLEASE, let us know if you have any special requests.
